After seeing Margo on GMTV i decided to give her DVD a try.
I have never done Pilates before, but I am trying to get in shape and I have joined Weight Watchers.
From a beginners perspective, this dvd is great, easy to follow, challenging, but not to the point where you want to give up.
Clear and easy to follow instructions.
Anice relaxing setting and no irrating music.
I'll repost in a month or so on my progress!

Just like to add that this dvd doesn't just work your rear, it tones, shapes and sculpts your whole body, to give you a great looking bum.
The workout is in sections, so if you haven't got much time you can easily do a quick 30 min work out with a warm up % cool down.
i've been using this three times a week, and already i feel more supple, and can definitaley notice my tummy starting to trim down; and the ligaments in my legs are really loosening up, making me a lot more flexable.
