Sometimes a book can change your life, this one changed my working life. The philosophy of leadership as intutive and trust-based really opened my eyes, and opened my staff to new ideas. Michael Maynard is a national treasure. I have bought all of Maynard/Leighs business books and handed them out as gifts. Take me to your leader, indeed.
