Very sweet book but far too short. If I hadn't paid amything I'd probably viewed this book in a completely different light but for a 10 minute read felt extremely dissapointed and more than a little cheated. A bit more like a summary than a book. Don't bother.

This is a nice introduction to Cathy Kelly for those people who haven't read her before although I don't think it portrays her in the best light, her work does benefit from a full length novel.

A light, quick read that you can get through in a sitting.

This was one of the first 'books' I downloaded and I couldn't have been more disappointed. It was far too short and I feel cheated. I'm extremely reluctant to buy any other books in case they are only 30 pages long, which in my opinion is nothing more than a short story.

I loved this, it was perfect as a quick read. I loved the way the characters were sort of connected in little, indirect ways.

I could imagine this story as a short tv drama.

It definitely makes me want to read more of Cathy Kelly's books.

I bought this book (not because I am scared of reading) but to introduce me to the author more than anything and to get a feel for her writing. I read this in 20 minutes and soon jumped online to buy other Cathy Kelly novels.

Oh I like Cathy Kelly and know she does a lot of good work for charity, so I hate not giving her books good reviews.

However - I didn't really think much to this quick read. I thought trying to cover 3 peoples' stories in less than 90 pages was a bit much really, and the ending was predictable.

Not a page turner but have read worse.

Sorry Cathy!

Cathy Kelly sketches the 'perfect holiday' for a small cast of different characters in a small hotel in Corfu. In this short piece of writing she manages to bring the characters close to the reader, their background and how they came to the island.

It's a very nice short piece of prose, a very good read, entertaining and engaging.

Definitely recommended!

This is one of those slim, read in a day or two books and perfect if you are having a long weekend away and don't want to get into a full sized novel. Cathy Kelly re-ignited my love of reading a few years ago and I have read all of her books now - none have ever disappointed so looking forward to her next book!
