Well were do I start......
Firstly, they don't tell you that you'll have to end up buying a whole load of equipment to go along with this DVD. The equipment you'll have to buy is- a tennis ball, hand weights and ankle weights. It doesn't end up costing that much but you might as well save your money because for the amount that you end up spending you could get 2 DVD's.
Secondly, the instructor is really annoying
Thirdly, some of the excercises are ridiculous - there are about 3-5 excercises that you need to use a wall to prop you feet up on. 1. you will ruin your wall paper if you have any 2. not everybody actually has a wall near by their TV that they can use, and the room next door isn't really an option 3. I've never heard of a toe or feet pilate excercise!
The only good thing about this DVD is that the instructor takes you through stretching excercises before and after the start of the session, and also during! Oh yeah, the 2-3 minutes long relaxation bit at the end. And this is the only reason why I give it 2 stars instead of the 1 it actually deserves.
So all in all, using the most 'articulate' word in the dictionary possible to describe this DVD....crap, crap and more crap. lol
