'The People Finder' by Karen Bali is going to help many readers to find the people missing from their lives. The book is practical and well explained with many examples drawn from Karen's own experience as a professional people finder.

This is a book that there is a real need for. There is no other book that is as up to date or so comprehensive in its scope. I only wish that it was available when I first learnt to trace people. I heartily recommend it to anyone thinking of searching for missing family or friends.

5.0 out of 5 stars Finding Missing Persons 1 Dec 2011
Format:Paperback
There is no definitive "How to" when it comes to finding those who have gone missing as each case differs. However there are practical steps which anyone can take to begin the search and this book covers those sensibly, with good explanation and gives insight into how professionals sometimes go about their investigations. From the perspective of a Private Investigator this is a useful reminder of the steps which can be taken quickly. I found it nicely laid out and use it as a reference tool. The People Finder: Reuniting Relatives, Finding Friends - a Practical Guide to Finding People You've Lost Touch with is a worthwhile purchase for professionals and those who just want to try their hand at it to locate great aunt whoever or long lost cousin so and so.
