Dear future readers,
This is a wonderful, fantastic, amazing, fabulous (e.t.c) book. I recommend this book to children aged 10+, the professor is absolutely nuts with all his inventions. This book should have more series so then it could show the life of the professor. But anyways, this book should be read again and again because it is very humorus and exciting not knowing what kind of thing th professor will invent next. I should love to keep on reading onto the next one (if there was one!). I hope you will enjoy the book as much as I did.

Best wishes/ reading
Professor Flittersnop!

There's really no one quite like Prof. Branestawm - he is brilliant! Top class wiriting for children to really get their imaginations going creatively, practically and homorously.

Great book for kids! 21 Dec. 2007

I loved this book as a child, and bought it for my son aged 9 (who is a fairly advanced reader). As we read it together, we were both in stitches, laughing so much that tears ran down both our faces! The word play and absurdity is so funny but it is also cleverly written and illustrates what you can do with your imagination. The nice part is that although Professor Branestawm's inventions always go wrong, he is forgetful and makes loads of mistakes, everything turns out well in the end and he is forgiven. The book even inspired my little inventor to start some inventions of his own spontaneously. Would probably appeal to 10-12 year olds the most.
