Nothing very profound ot particularly insightful. It's brevity wouldn't matter so much if there was more 'meat' in it. Instead, it's pretty bland stuff padded out with big, not esp. instructive pictures, not to mention lots of puffs for Geoff Thompson & his products. Perhaps the DVDs in the pavement arena series are better, but, on this showing, I've decided to give them a miss. I bought it @ a doscount, but @ best, though the t's slickly produced, but, thougthe ebook is slickly produced, there's only a chapter or so's worth of real content. Martial artists looking for hard advice & value for money in this area would do much better to look into Loren Christesen's stuff

Geoff is a very experienced streetfighter, doorman and martial artist. This succinct illustrated guide includes chapters on "addition & subtraction", stance, kicks, punching, blocking, sparring, competiton fighting & lineup training techniques.
