A must-have for any Minister

There's no shortage of guides out there detailing how to do a wedding or a funeral, but this book is without question the best. What separates this guide from all the others is the attention paid to the not-so-tidy incidents and situations that inevitably occur in sacred ceremonies, such as how to deal with an obnoxious photographer, marriages of convenience, and ideas for delicate funerals. The author clearly writes from experience. For the clergyperson trying to minister with integrity in challenging situations, this book offers the kind of practical counsel one thirsts to hear.
A Good Starter Guide for New Pastor's

So, I used this book this past Spring 2011 semester in my Pastoral Care & Counseling class. This book was probably one of the books I liked the most because it was very short in terms of the amount of reading, but full of useful information and the tenants that are associated with wedding and funerals. I really like that there is access to editable forms which are given in the book to help with planning and such. The only thing that I really didn't care for in the book was the fact that it did lack good illustrative points to help picture some of the difficulties that may occur during the two events, but it is still a very good resource to have in your library and will help you out with planning.
