Excellent first album 25 Aug 2011

Format:MP3 Download
This album achieves a lot, it achieves what most great albums do and that is to sound original while also letting you hear the roots of where the music comes from. I can hear artists ranging from Belle and Sebastian to The Stooges (While even having a smattering of vocals sounding Cypress Hill-esque) in different songs from this album but there is always a refreshing addition to the sound. This means the album does not get boring as it is not the same old re-hashed stuff you've heard before. There is plenty of hooks in the songs and you will have the album on repeat in your head for a while. To be honest I don't know any titles to tracks as I've just had it on repeat on my mp3 player but this album will appeal to a lot of people. The only complaint is that I would maybe have cranked up the volume on the vocals for a couple of tracks but that is purely preferance. If you like electro/punk/rock(indie)- hopefully makes sense - then go for it, you won't regret!
