I purchased this book to help teach my A-Level English literature class The Pardoner's Tale. It is so detailed and easy to use, it covers all the main themes and linguistic features of the text. I already had a very sound knowledge of Chaucer, but this book is excellent for filling in the grey areas. I would recommend all my students to buy it as it will make their revision so much easier and explain things which may be missing from their notes
