This is the way I like it! 30 Mar 2011
By Michael Edward Mitchell - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Mass Market Paperback
This is the way I like my mysteries. Lots of suspects. Things not as they seem. Stories behind stories. And clues hidden in total plain sight. This is good reading. More please.

A Classic for Management and Supervisors 23 Oct 2005
By Sam Riverton - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This book has been out for a few years now, and it's really a classic. The author has developed a simple but comprehensive algorithm (flow chart) to help structure and guide the process of diagnosing employee performance problems. He makes a very good case that the usual causes are the result of fundamental management oversights. 25 Steps has plenty of examples and suggestions for problem prevention. This is a fundamental source book for any new supervisor or manager. We review it with all our new Supervisors.
