Care for your tropical fish is part of the excellent RSPCA pet guides range. The book covers the very basics of what is required when looking after these beautiful animals. The book should be regarded as a guide rather than an indepth reference source. It covers everything from the biology of fish to settling in your stock. Nothing is covered in detail but enough information is provided to ensure that your fish will be well looked after and bring you enjoyment. The guide is only 48 pages so can be easily read in one night whilst providing enough information to help you decide whether looking after fish will suit your needs. I would definitely recommend buying this guide as an overview and then investing in a more detailed book when you are sure that you want fish.
This was a simple guide for caring for tropical fish, just what I needed being new to this. Its clear, simple and easy to read. Good value too and will be a handy reference for some time to come
