The Nun and the Devil is one of the first nunsploitation films. The story is about the battle of the nuns to become the next mother superior. The nuns will stop at nothing as becoming mother means acess to a fortune.
If you have bought this film hoping to see lots of nudity, torture etc you will be very dissapointed as there is only a few topless and very brief torture scenes.
The UK DVD from Argent is the full restored uncut version, the film is presented in an unremarkable non anamorphic 1.85:1 transfer. There are no extras, not even a trailer.

This film isn't what you'd think when looking at the cover of it you'd think there would be alot nudity and torture although there was very breif torture and nudity and a bit of girl on girl action other than that you were trying to understand what the film was about and it isn't until the end that you finally know what the whole film was about the ending was a bit over dramatic and very badly acted. In all honesty i wouldn't bother wasting your money unless you suffer from insomia
