5.0 out of 5 stars a good yarn 12 May 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Well written and to the point. Each chapter lets us view various past incidents from an alternative paradigm - the paradigm of conspiracy theorists. Of course, his well structured explanations may all be untrue but were thought provoking non-the-less. His assertions are made without much evidence to prove his arguments; his 'truth' is the conclusions that occur following his premise. If you're looking for a quick read and interested with conspiracy, then this should serve well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really enjoyable! 23 Sep 2012

An interesting and thought-provoking read! I read it in one sitting and I certainly won't be looking at things the same way again. Personally, I loved that in a couple of chapters the author indicates that if it didn't happen as he outlined it, it should have! And you know, I agree with him!

5.0 out of 5 stars An engrossing read 31 Aug 2012
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com

I read the whole piece in one sitting. Reading the first section definitely caught my attention and hooked me into reading the whole thing. While some of these theories may seem far-fetched, they do cause the reader to stop and think and the book casts just enough doubt on the media's account of significant events to make us question their veracity.

It's a different kind of read but one that will at the least entertain the reader and possibly lead us to believe that the media's version of historical events should be taken with a grain of salt.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not for the serious conspiracy enthusiast 7 April 2014
By L. Winchester - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
This is a combination of poorly rehashed established conspiracy theories, and an abundance of frankly demented speculation hatched nowhere except in Mr. Trinculo's own noggin.
The author does not seem to have a firm grounding in historical conspiracy, and seems to be missing the point on some of the ones of which he is aware.
I wouldn't recommend this book to serious conspiracy theory researchers, except as comic relief. One nugget: Heath Ledger's performance in The Dark Knight was so poor that they had to kill him to get people to like the movie. LOL!

4.0 out of 5 stars Overall Radical 13 Oct 2013
By Jabie - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
Some of these ideas were pretty dull (such as the thing on that guy from The Dark Night, where the author pretty much complained about the lousy actors), but most of these were downright radical. It wasn't some loony rigamaroll about "AAAA THE ROYAL FAMILY OF ENGLAND ARE ALL SHAPESHIFTING REPTILE ALIENS U GUYZ" or some paranoid rambling of "THE GIRL SCOUTS ARE ILLUMINATI,,, WAKE UP AMERICA". This was some real thought-provoking stuff. Also, this has a very sublime writing style, and I love how it doesn't just drone on. Great book!

4.0 out of 5 stars A good read. 8 July 2013
By John DiLeone - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
Book moved quickly and kept my interest. Some of the conspiracies that were covered may not be considered prime topics, but a fun read nonetheless
