a book that wants you to try the menues its easy to read. easy to understand. is it the best book? If not lets say its it should be, its a book that puts things in simple terms not showy like so called michlin stars cooks. this book as there others in the collection. if you want to impress buy cook books with a face on. If you want to learn buy these books.
