Outstanding 29 Aug 2001

Format:Paperback
I loved this book. If you want to understand horses better then READ IT! It will really help you get inside your horse's head, see the world from his point of view, understand what he thinks and how he learns. This is an excellent book that every horse person should read. It is based on scientific fact (rare for a book of this kind) and is not remotely idealistic or sentimental, yet reading this book is a heartwarming experience. I've spent my life around horses but this book has taught me loads, I am sure that however experienced you are, you will definitely learn something from it. Probably one of the most important equestrian books you could read.

Format:Hardcover
this book is one of the most informative and comprehensive book published on the equine. All of the chapters contained usefull information and helped me uderstand the horse better. One chapter I spacially liked was the chapter on the sight of the horse it offerd both the pros and the cons of sight testing in horses along with other animals.
