Product Description

Synopsis

What does it take to make life work -- really work? Simplicity, for starters. Stripping off the non-essentials and concentrating on the things that really matter. The Naked Life peels away life's outer wrappers and brings us down to the skin. It's full of humour, inspiration, and cut-to-the-chase advice on some key life issues, such as: How do I manage my money? How do look after my health? What kind of parenting really works? How can we stay friends with God? How can I maximize the potential of my working life? How can I stay married to the same person for life and really enjoy it -- sex and all? This book is meant to be scribbled in, underlined, whatever it takes to move the three essential points in every chapter off the paper and into daily life. It's all about closing the gap between the life God promises and the one we're experiencing. Ready to get naked? Then open this book and read on.

I'm really enjoying this book. It's an easy read, but thought provoking and it seems to me to have something for everyone, regardless of age, gender or relationship status.

5.0 out of 5 stars It's all Duncan's Fault! 10 Aug 2005
Format:Paperback
I don't read (!) and last night I could not put this book down! I gave in at 1am after reading about looking after my body and getting plenty of sleep...If you like larger writing and double spacing this book is for you. It is such an easy read jam packed full of practical advice that you can put into place NOW. Buy this book - it will change your life! (Well it may help you realise that you need to live God's way during the week too - at work, in your marriage, with your friends etc)
As a result of my late night read I am going to lose a stone in weight and take my job seriously. How many Christian books make you do that?
