I found this book very easy to follow and used in conjuction with the NLP coach practioners course run by the author, it provides helpful and easy ways to coach individuals or groups in any setting. Although the book can be used on its own, I would highly recommend the course which the book came from, I enjoyed it so much I did the course twice. In the book different coaching techniques and exercises are concise and easy to follow and will be helpful to anyone wanting to help others excel in what they do, from managers to counsellors.

Having attended the authors NLP Coach programme 2 years ago, I was delighted to see & read his book 'The NLP Coach companion'. It is a fascinating book in many ways and I have personally found it particularly valuable both at work & home. Easy to follow, interesting and thought provoking, it is already proving to be a really valuable book that I would strongly recommend to others who have an interest in coaching and/or NLP.

I found this book very accessible and clearly laid out. It provides a good structure for coaching, either formally or informally. Very useful. I am thinking of going on one of his courses now.
