A classic. A must read. Still, who's in search of detailed exercises will be disappointed. This is not a training hand book, but much more a physical theatre's Manifesto.

This book is fascinating and magical. It is an autobiography of his work. Lots of practical stuff to draw from, and a guide to the roots of physical theatre.

vital for anyone who has trained in lecoq pedagogy and is wanting to revisit their training or teach. Not sure how useful or interesting it would be for anyone else... it covers the whole 2 years in about a hundred pages of text so really it just skims the surface. But probably would be an interesting read anyways.

I'm really glad I finally bought this book. Useful and informative.

There are some very useful exercise suggestions in here, too.
