If you've ever dreamt that one day you're going to sit down and knock up a little script and sell it for squillions to Hollywood, then this is the book for you. It's a hilarious tale of what really happens when you pack your bags, your children (plus their PJs, toothbrushes, swimming trunks, factor 25 etc etc) onto a jumbo jet and arrive bleary eyed in tinseltown to find it's not quite as sparkly as you thought. With gags packed on every page, why Shari isn't in Hollywood writing comedy blockbusters is a mystery!

You Gotta Read This!! 23 Aug 2007
Format:Paperback
This is a very sharp and witty observation of a modern day Mum struggling to realise her dreams.

I had to keep biting my lip when on public transport reading this as I was in great danger of laughing out loud. Some of the one-liners are classics.

"Double Trouble" was great but this was even funnier.

Buy it and lose yourself in it!

this one is walking back to the library
I normally like SL books but this one I couldn't even finish it. The main character was so unlike-able, selfish, that I really didn't care if she made it in Hollywood or not

Best one so far
This is the 3rd book I have read by this author,it is by far the best. Although it didn't make me laugh out loud, it made me smile several times. Worth a look.
