This was my first download, but no problems were encountered, and I was impressed by the quality of performance throughout. Many of the performers and ensembles were new to me, but gave fault-free renditions; for example, the Four Seasons was given a lovely, languid interpretation which was refreshing when compared with the hell-for-leather approach of some better-known musicians. And I had forgotten what a beautiful instrument the recorder can be when used in chamber works.

This Vivaldi collection is an excellent buy for anyone who enjoys this composers music, or anyone else who wants a taster.
It plays for hours.
The music is relaxing and coupled with a bottle of wine what could be better.
Great value for money, you can't go wrong.

I used to spend hours in record and CD stores searching for anything by Vivaldi. Along comes mp3 downloading and suddenly it's all there at your finger tips for very little expense. If only I hadn't been so impetuous in buying so many CD's I could have saved myself a fortune. I now have thousands of unwanted CD's cluttering up the house. But that's by the by, or even buy the buy. As far as this collection is concerned or any other in the series you simply cannot go wrong. Why are you wasting your time reading this nonsense? Start downloading NOW.

Highly recommended, Brilliant music for background music, relaxing and studying without it being distracting. For the price it is, it is well worth it. Classical music is just amazing. I frequently hold dinner parties and this in the background gives it a sensible and relaxing atmosphere to it. 5/5!
