Mobile telephony is an indescribably complex business. And it's often handy to know that when you're delivering your takeaway order to Mr Ho-Wong down at the local Chinese, your call is backed by billions of pounds of technology. Technology that has led, almost inevitably, to the creation of the ever-so-collectable and dashed useful Mo Pods. A Mo Pod - for there are many styles and varieties to choose from - is quite simply a small furry character that sits lifelessly inside a small glass dome attached to one's mobile using a handy keyring-type lead. They look cute on the website, but they are not worth half of the sale price. We purchased three, and then ordered two more for gifts a soon as the first ones arrived. Big mistake--unfortunately they break quite easily, and sometimes the battery connection is poor before they break. Then the battery holder falls off as soon as the MoPod bounces on a back pack or purse, so you lose the batteries and the plastic cover. Out of the five, only one is still working--and that is because we can not find it. Perhaps it fell off the phone or whatever it was on. Needless to say, we never gave away the two purchased for gifts. :(

great little phone charm, very cute, love the way it flashes and spins!! I bought one for me and my 10 yr old daughter, and hers broke the first day she had it. Fair enough she is a child, so I thought nothing of it. I started using mine and by the end of the day it was being held together with cellotape. Would only recommend if you are really really careful with stuff....or live wrapped up in cotton wool

Basically, the lights and kitty rotate when u r about to receive a call or text (yeah, sometimes goes off just b4 u get ur call/text). Its cooler at night time with the lights off.

It is really good to give to a youngster, something that will get them excited. Also, they can put on their bag on way to school etc. I used it on a birthday cake and gave a missed call at the time the cake was cut.

What I don't get is the description: "Excellent way of not missing calls when your phone is on silent or in your bag". You have to be looking at the kitty to know that you have got a call, as it doesn't make any sound, unless its night time and u notice the lights go off.

I give it 3.5 out of 5. Would give it 4.5 if it had a sound option with volume control. Enjoy!!
