I used this book last year as i am currently studying for a law degree and I would recommend this to any law undergraduate. Contract is a complicated subject and some books are too complex for a newbie to understand, whilst others are to simplistic to give you all the information you need, this one is neither, it manages to keep a good balance. In addition to this it has loads of cases and at the back it has extracts from statutes, meaning you can save money by not having to buy a casebook or a statute book

We live in the era where dishonesty is common, where one has to hire a lawyer to make life-insurance company what you paid for. No matter what profession one is is, this book educates one to understand the principle of contract. It is highly recommended.

I bought this book as an additional resource while studying contract law, and it quickly became my all essential study-buddy for that module. It is extremely well written, very easy to digest, unlike many other law books out there, and offers a hugely helpful perspective on some of the trickier topics, such as promissory estoppel for instance.
Highly recommended!
