I am a 53 old female, living in France. I heard about the book and ordered it. I have been suffering from adhesive capsulitis, made much worse by physio therapy. I was in constant pain, day and night, and could not sleep. The medical profession precribed stronger and stronger pain killers which were "guaranteed to work". None of them made a difference. About 10 days after taking MSM, the pain started to ease. 15 days later I was able to start physio therapy with a different therapist (osteopath). It is now just over 2 months since I started taking MSM, and there is only minimal pain left, and the motion of my arm has increased at least by 50%.

Our 18 old daughter was diagnosed with Chronic fatigue and Immune deficiency disorder 2-1/2 years ago. In the book I read how it has eased the suffering of Fibromyalgia, a related disease. I suggested to her MSM. She started to take MSM about 4 weeks ago, and reports that for the first time she fels that something is working. Her energy level has increased from ~40% to ~70%.

This book is a must for anyone suffering from any kind of pain.

I am a 43 year old female who for 3 1/2 years have been battling with back pain, headaches, muscle pain, fibromyalgia, TOS, tmj and many,many more problems due to many accidents. I throught I was finally to the point of giving up until last week my doctor told me to try MSM. What A Miracle. I started with 1000mg tablets 2 times a day and I am now taking 3, 2 times a day until I get to a level that I can live with. I have been on every medication known to man and I am now cutting all med's in half or not having to take them at all. I would love to get my book signed and after reading it I gave it to my physical therapist to read and all of my friends who also have many of the problems I suffer with. You are a god send for such a wonderful pill. One question after reading the book it keeps telling all about the crystals, is there a difference between the pills, tablets or crystals. The bottle states that it is pure Methylsulfonymethane and nothing else but I would like to no if there is a difference between the three and would like to know who I can ask regarding this. Once again thank you for saving another person who thought all hope was gone.............. Cheryl Thanks-you:)

This useful book informs the reader of all the various ailments and diseases for which the natural (sulphur-containing) product MSM can provide relief. Among the many afflictions and complaints addressed by MSM are arthritis, fibromyalgia, allergies and back pain.

It may be noted that MSM does not "cure" these disorders, in that the product needs to be consumed on a permanent basis, but what it does, first and foremost, is to relieve chronic pain with no side-effects - it is not a drug.

I personally had no real previous knowledge of this important product until reading the book, so it provided me with valuable information, and had me running to the health store to obtain a supply.

The book consists of 5 chapters explaining the nature of MSM and how it relieves pain and inflammation. Each of the remaining 15 chapters is devoted to a specific health problem including case histories of previous chronic sufferers whose lives have been transformed for the better through use of MSM, sometimes dramatically so.

Everyone suffering from chronic pain or allergies not already acquainted with this marvellous product should immediately check out this book.
