Short but powerful introduction to the power of imagery 15 May 2013
By Fabiola - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This book shows how you can use the power of your mind to visualize yourself overcoming fears and performing at a higher level. As a Hypnotherapist, I really appreciate the clarity Dr. Lazarus used to discuss and exemplify the power of the Mind's Eye - an inner resource all of us have to relax and grow.

This book is informative but quite wordy and more theoretical than practical 22 July 2013
By Kimberly Fujioka - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This book is not as applicable to real life as I would have liked. It is thorough and informative but mostly theoretical. I wouldnt bother. The other book Lazarus wrote, I Can If I Want To, is excellent!
