The book comprehensively tells the importance of Mindful Meditation, its origins in the Western world, and its overall importance for human beings. But aside from providing an enlightening glimpse on Mindful Meditation, most importantly, Dahkid’s pragmatically and immediate functional techniques are something that many in our society need. This book does not approach Mindful Meditation from some esoteric, elitist activity reserved only for the experts, but considers the conventional person with its ergonomical approach that can be used waiting in queue or riding upon the metro.
I cannot emphasize enough how many benefits there are to this type of meditation. I have been been trying it out, and thus far, my stress levels have gone down. The book is well-structured, proper definitions, and has everything you will need. Dahkid has done a great job on this is a very important topic for the stressful times we are living in.
