Caveat emptor. This book should have been called The British Microbrewer's Buisiness Model Handbook as it is billed as having an international appeal but is solely focussed on the UK, and also implies that it is handbook for microbrewing when, in fact, it is a guidebook of the business implications which can be generically applied to many fields. There are some applicable parts in the book, but it is definitely not aimed at someone starting out in microbrewing or at anyone doing it casually. This is aimed at people who may or may not be microbrewers and may or may not like beer, but rather it is aimed at people wanting to go into business. Will be looking for a book discussing the technical/chemical aspects of microbrewing now...
