The only drawback to this book is that it is a different size than its companion volume, which makes for an interesting self piece. The size of the book, though, is actually better for reading than the larger volume 2. After many years of writing and waiting, we finally have a new and complete history of "The Methodist Experience in America." I am so thankful to have this wonderful resource for personal and professional reading. It will also be a great resource to help with Methodism 101 classes in local churches. Thank you for your great contribution to UM scholarship with this amazing work. This really is a must buy for any UM pastor or student of Methodism in American.
