This book provides clear visual evidence of the positive and negative effects of words, thoughts, actions, images etc. upon the environment.
'Messages from Water' has helped me to understand the differing results between the positive and the negative, and with this proof I can choose to act with understanding.
There are some stunning photographs in the book and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who would like to see scientific evidence of the effects of positive and negative behaviour.

I have given the book 4 stars only because there is a lot of Japanese print, and not enough English explanation - however, the pictures say it all. This is scientific research into the field of alternative practice. Positive or negative thinking has a very pronounced effect, and the pictures in the book prove beyond all doubt that thoughts affect things in ways we cannot imagine.
If you are in any doubt about the power of thought - then get this book.

This is the first book from Dr. Emoto that conveyed the pictures of the water crystals and the messages from water. In this book Dr. Emoto not only shows us that water is a mirror that reflects everything from our thoughts, to our words, but we see for the first time the power of thoughts and words captured in a way that erases all doubts. Thoughts are real, our words and thoughts have a far reaching effect on us and our environment. This is a truth that has been known from ancient times but in our world of today we are constantly seeking physical evidence and proof before any belief can become conviction This book provides us with ample evidence not only that our thoughts have life but also of their effects -negative or positive. I think this book will appeal to everyone whether you are a deep thinker or someone who appreciates beauty. The pictures of the water crystals are breath-taking.
