5.0 out of 5 stars Fat Man's Cooking 9 Jan 2006
The Fat Man's Starter and Snack Book proves the Pavlovian theory.
Try his exotic starters: Salamangundi, Chakchouka, Pabura, or those exotic Levantine Tabboulehs, Hummuses and Kibbehs - and you will salivate with anticipation - drool on!!
It also stands out from most cookery books because it has interesting and amusing titbits about people and food. Excellent buy for anyone.
