This textbook is full of information for the Tudor and Stuart periods. It is very well organised and very good for a higher ability pupil. The only problem is that there is too much writing and would not be accessable for a lower ability pupil. It is also a bit grey on the inside. This is a good book for the right class, there is so much information for the pupils and some useful tasks that relate to the text.
This is a handy book to keep in the cupboard and use as an extension task, or more in depth learning.
