I think there maybe a mistake in the Amazon listing as to who the authors are. They should be listed as Phil Cash, Don Maples and ALISON Packer. I was taught by both Don Maples and Alison Packer when they taught history at Queen's College, Nassau Bahamas in the early '70s.
