The Mabus is an evil alien force spreading across the universe, feeding on souls of the dead. Its evil permeates worlds, causing deaths through natural events, accidents, murders and wars. It infects sentient beings, compelling them to carry out evil deeds, leading to widespread suffering and death.
Algen Wilby becomes the target of this evil. The story begins with the inexplicable death of Algen’s mother and gathers momentum as evil stalks Algen through the streets. Whilst on the run Algen meets Angelika and is captivated, not only by her beauty, but something deeply mysterious and indefinable. The violent murder of a young man brings them together and plunges Algen into even greater danger.
Forced to understand his destiny as a being with unimaginable powers, and with the world rapidly descending into darkness, Algen realises only he has a chance to save mankind from the Mabus. But against insurmountable odds, has he left it too late?
