As a firm Holford believer I am always keen to get my hands on a new recipe book of his. This book reprises the original Holford Diet in a much more user friendly way. I would recommend it to anyone new to the diet as it has lots of tips on how to create your own meals, salads, sandwiches etc sticking to his low GL format. It has a few new recipes although if this is what you're after you are probably better off buying the Holford Cookbook.
I needed a little inspiration and have started the menu plans suggested in the book. Wish me luck!!!
