It is not just for losing weight, it is about changing your life, your health and your outlook. The claims in the book seem quite amazing but I can report that they are all true - I started the diet post Christmas/New Year feeling fat and fed-up - I lost 10lbs in 5 weeks, never felt hungry, I slept better, had more energy, my skin improved dramatically, I haven't put the weight back on and I still feel amazing.
