Mirsad's book is right on target for women who plan a
pregnancy. The author covers many dimensions. Some of
them could be omitted by your own physician.

Examples of the things covered are the basic diet of
veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds and some dairy. The importance
of the omegas is critical to round out the nutritional profile.

Next vitamins are critical like folate, magnesium, zinc and
vitamin D3. Oftentimes, physicians do not emphasize this
aspect comprehensively. In addition, pregnant women should
be tested for things like the vitamin D level.

Lastly, pregnant women should get good control over
smoking, alcohol and drugs to ensure the likelihood of
a successful outcome. Overall, this book is a must for
pregnant women. Another good source of information
is the Benjamin Spock MD series.

I really wish that my wife received this information before our second daughter was born. I found this info at the right time, as we're planning to try for a third child next year. I'm beyond excited, and so is my wife. But nutrition has always made me wonder. I know that losing weight is out of the question during a pregnancy, but I think these tips could help my wife lose a bit more of the weight she wants before we try to conceive.

Either way, my excitement level is about 9000, if you catch my joke. :)

Mirsad's pacing and style is spot on. I think it's great.

i still remember my daughter's birth. man, if i had this information before all of that crazy, maybe the labor would have been different. who knows? but getting rid of those nasty seed oils and junk can't hurt anything. and mirsad is really good at helping you out with that.
