After having bought everything related to Amy Macdonald, and still craving more, I eagerly anticipated the release of this so-called box-set. I guess my expectations was way to high, because when it finally arrived I was somewhat dissapointed. 3 cd's,but just one concert?? The third disc contains only two tracks. Amy sounds great as always, but I still prefer the 2010 concert in Luxembourg with the symphony orchestra, recorded only a week before this concert. This is an ok product, but in my opinion it lacks a lot. Could have used a couple of demos or perhaps some additional live material.

Ok, there are no new songs on here if you bought both the studio albums, but every track has a different arrangement, performance and/or treatment to it.
Also, it's a live double album.
I can't comment on disc 3 yet because I've not played it.

Three cd box set recorded live 26.10.2010 at the Hammersmith Apollo, fans present at the concert were able to purchase the live recording after the show , i presume this package is the very same unedited version , one of the most appealing qualities about Amy is she is completely authentic , nothing contrived just sheer talent and honesty this shines through in the music on these three cd's , for a live recording the sound is excellent and the whole concert atmospheric , Amy relates tales and a funny story or two between songs , the crowd sound enthusiastic , i love all the songs but personal standout favourites are give it all up and disc three which contains the two final songs of the night the classic born to run and the rocking lets start a band , Amy's vocals are just amazing throughout but i think she saved the best until last , finally the one great quality which does stand out is just how confident Amy appears to be on stage , she's not being around long but she pulls the whole concert off like a seasoned performer , nothing twee or staged and its reflected in the music , long may Amy continue writing and performing great songs .
