A brilliant list of mixed-paced music, featuring related tunes and themes. This is a must-buy for those who played the original game when it was first released; I have returned to it many times over the years, simply to hear the music in context. Such an experience never gets old.
Due to the rarity of the CD however, the prices do seem extraordinarily high, but for those people who still own the original game, the tracks can simply be downloaded by inserting the game into a PC disk drive, and using a media player of any sort to burn them to memory. A much cheaper alternative.
Climbing the Tower is an all-time favorite, and the rest of the tracks are on par. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have!

As far as game soundtracks go, this is not bad. The first track seems more suited to a kid's film, however. From then on, you get the general idea, a few good tracks, but then they just repeat themselves. The same tune crops up in nearly every track.
As I said, seeing as this is the soundtrack to an arcade game, it is not too bad, but I would have expected more from a performance by the Northwest Sinfonia. In conclusion, buy it if you collect game soundtracks, but really I don't think this was worth putting on CD. Buy the soundtrack to the film instead, that's great.
