The CD is in a very good condition. The item is as I expected. If you like Paisley Underground you must have Dusty & Danny in your collection. I can highly recommend the seller.

Re-issue of a lost classic... 19 April 1999
By cloud9@netbridge.net - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
If this album were to be released today, fans of alt.country/no depression/roots-rock would be falling over themselves hailing "The Lost Weekend" as a classic. Those of us who bought this thing when it came out can only be glad it's finally available on CD, as our records are getting worn out from play. Originally issued in about March of '85, it was taken out of print in about November of '85. Pick it up while you can. Bottle Rockets/Wilco/Uncle Tupelo/Son Volt/Blue Rodeo fans take note. "Baby We All Gotta Go Down" is an instant classic.

The best "thinking person's drinking song CD" ever recorded! 12 May 1998
By Brock Wood (brwood@rocketmail.com) - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
Dear Record Company: Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! for releasing this classic 1985 LP on CD! Dan Stuart and Steve Wynn combine to make an incredibly smart AND incredibly listenable CD full of ballads you will sing, hum, and burp all the time. The songs are hard-edged, full of fire and spunk, and sung with the intensity and clarity that is so absent from 90's music "...Momma rent out my room, I won't be coming home!..."

Kountry Klassic ! 2 Jun. 2005
By Stevie Dal - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
It's so true , this record is a damn classic from way back in the day......before alt.country was a twinkle in it's Pappa's eye.I recently bought and loved all over again Green On Red's superb "Here Come The Snakes",(rereleased on CD with a great bonus disc,) and listening to that prompted me to go back and dig out the vinyl version of this gem (and it took a lotta diggin').What a bloody excellent record it is , pure Country gold baby!

I love my old slab a plastic with all the hissing an scratches but i wish it would come out on CD again soon ,can't see me paying 80 bucks, sheet, i'd be cheaper converting the record to disc.....
