Very disappointed with this 'book', it appears to be just a lot of proverbs and statements that don't actually mean much other than to infuriate and annoy. I expected some real advice on achieving 'peace of mind', rather than be preached to with catchphrases and dittys.

I have less peace of mind now, than before I bought this!

However, very fast delivery from Amazon as always.
