a great little book for motivating the slimmer on their journey to a slimmer self. Written/collected by the originator of the only eating plan that ensures the scales go down with out the appetite going up, this pocket sized paper back contains loads of quotes, quips and anecdotes that make the difficult days just that bit easier. Guarenteed to put a smile on your face... what have you got to loose - except the lbs !!!!!!!

This book is great if you need a little bit of encouragement or a few words of wisdom to make you feel better in yourself! It has a lots of funny little quirks to brighten your day if your on a downer - i think this is a great little buy.
