I bought a copy of this book a couple of years ago and it quite revolutionized my Christmas preparations. Everything was ready for cooking the day before and I was able to go for a walk with the family on Christmas day
knowing everything was done. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I produced my first successful Christmas dinner - for 8 - with the help of this book, after about 8 years of wondering where I was going wrong. So many useful tips, and even some indulgent recipes made the small outlay extremely worthwhile.

Where would I be without the tip to pop all my serving bowls and plates in the dish washer and run a quick program to warm them for Christmas Lunch?! Fabulous! Other tips were entirely relevant to the Aga so all good stuff and I learned some useful things.

I bought this as I am renting a house that has an AGA and I have 9 people for Christmas. I was hoping for some instructions on how to cook a turkey in the AGA but there are none :-( The other ideas are interesting though.

Full of little tips, some of which are very handy. There are some repeats across the books by this chap but that doesn't matter as the new tips are excellent.
