Easy payment plan 26 May 2010
Format:Paperback
This is a very accessable easy start plan. The author provides lists of ten actions you can take to make a change in a wide range areas. I used a highlight pen when I read the book so that I had an action list at the end of reading the book. Equally, I could have put the book down at any time and started using the suggestions straight away. It is a jargon free zone of easy to use, off the shelf, sound suggestions to bring about changes in all areas of your life. It is however intended as a buffet from which you select and the cover accurately describes what is essentially 700 simple prompts. If you have a deeper desire to make substantial and radical changes in your life then please see my other reviews. Great value, pain free, free of the author's bias, religious and philosophical views and written in a clear and friendly style

Excellent 27 July 2009
Format:Paperback
This is a great book for those looking to change their life or just improve one section. It is well written and the suggestions are well within the capabilities of almost everyone--Robert Ashton isn't suggesting dramatic changes overnight.

Every so often a book comes along which changes you life--this is one of them.

Highly recommended.

This book is quite simply the best book I've ever bought and the one book I will always keep out and re-read. That's because as you go through life you find different bits are relevant and every time you pick it up you'll find something different of interest to you. It's also easy to read and enjoy in five minute bite sized chunks whenever you have a couple of minutes to spare.

It makes you step back and see things with a fresh perspective. It's a sort of invisible friend, advisor and parent all in one. I keep mine out on the coffee table and have ended up buying half a dozen copies as gifts for family and friends because they kept wanting to walk off with it. It's also the ideal book to take on holiday so you can have a bit of a think about the changes you want to make to make your life a bit more enjoyable when you get back.

This is a useful little book. Good to read all the way through or to dip in and out of and full of lists of ideas to get you started. Does what it says on the tin.

Not Exactly Life-changing
This book is actually more about how to plan to change your life, rather than how to actually change your life - a few useful tips but not exactly the 700 ways suggested!

Small steps on the way to your better life

I like this book
This is a good read. The suggestions are efreshingly British and achieveable as opposed to some of the more over the top books you get in this genre. Read more
