Maxwell has put together a hierarchy of thinking that eventually takes you to what a true leader really is. He has an easy style and gives practical advice that one can easily apply. The book is easy to read and one can see the benefits manifest themselves very quickly. Not only would I recommend this book to CEOs and MDs but to all leaders that derive greater satisfaction in developing other leaders in their organizations
