I bought this book when I needed a little pick-me up. I was not feeling very good about myself, my job, my finances - nothing really. This little book provides advice on career, love, money and body success. Most of it is pretty straightforward, but nevertheless worthwhile mentioning. All chapters are very clearly structured. This is a book you can read in one go and then go back to certain chapters/pieces of advice. All tips and tricks are fairly easy to implement, which makes this book truly inspirational for anybody who can do with a bit of a cheering up!
