If you are thinking of letting your property through an agent, read this book first. You will learn how to rent your property without an agent, it is easy to read, honest advice. I found this book so interesting that I read it from cover to cover, but you can dip in and out of this book to find the relevant information that you need. I found this a gem of a book

As a first timer in the lanlord world, this book is still helping me through the lifecycle of tenants. Would definately recommend new newbies in the landlord arena.

This is an excellent and thorough guide. It's also a witty and easy going read with some superb first hand experience which, these days, is what you really need. I would highly recommend this book.
