5.0 out of 5 stars Rock and Roll? I would say so 8 Mar 2004
By A Customer
Format:Audio CD
Daniel Lioneye and the Rollers is an excellent composition spawned from the band HIM, high powered, passionate vocals and guitar from Mikko Lindstrom, powerful and catchy drumming from Ville Valo and punchy bass lines from Mige Amour put "The King of Rock 'n Roll" at the top of my record collection, a fine mix of heavy metal(We gonna rockin' tonight, Never been in Love), rock and roll(Eldorado Baby) and a whole pile of genius and inspiring lyrics. A must for any person with a good taste in music. That's if you can get it, however.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow 16 July 2005
By Mel
Format:Audio CD
I have to admit that I bought this primarily because I love HIM and Linde (aka Daniel Lioneye). However I was very impressed with this album even though I hadn't heard of it until I got into HIM.
What I like about the album is that is a classic rock album and it shows Linde in a different light to the smoother, melodic style that HIM use. Also it is far more rock 'n' roll rather than for love metal of HIM. If you like rock or HIM you will love album.
The songs are rather close to the mark and I wouldn't recommend it to people who are sensitive about that type of things.
