5.0 out of 5 stars Great value 28 Aug 2011
By talulah
This is a collection of some of the finest work by Ken Loach. I came upon the box set when I was looking for a copy of Cathy Come Home on DVD as I remembered seeing the film many years ago and was interested to see how the film had held up to the passing of time. The message about how we deal with homelessness is every bit as powerful now as it was then. I don't think there is a weak film in the collection which includes The wind that shakes the barley, My name is Joe, Ae Fond Kiss and Carla's Song. Highly recommended viewing.

The box was quite damaged and old stickers removered leaving tears. Not what I would expect when buying a new item.
