Positive.
The Fourth Doctor is at his best here given superb dialogue excellently executed by Tom Baker in this well paced action adventure.
The Late Mary Tamm also sparkles here given witty dialogue to her slightly sarcastic, Romana especially in her scenes with Jago.
Jago & Lighfoot return in this adventure to help the Fourth Doctor & Romana, These roles are superbly played by Christopher Benjamin & Trevor Baxter.

Negative.
None at all.

Review.
This is a fanastic well paced story in the second series of Fourth Doctor Adventures, This time the Fourth Doctor is traveling with assistant Romana a Timelady from Gallifrey whom was originally sent to assist The Doctor on his quest to assemble the key to time.

Audio Info.
These Fourth Doctor adventures run for around 60 minutes in Two 30 minute episodes & contain behind the scenes interviews.

The Doctor & Romana arrive in Victorian London were a vigilante known as the pugilist seems to possess special powers is raging a war on the local crime syndicates.

The Doctor with Romana seeks out Jago & Lightfoot to help unravel this mystery of the masked vigilante.

But has the Doctor got another motive to be here? & what exactly is the justice machine, A Robot that issue immediate justice on the spot resulting in a criminals life.

The Doctor, Romana with the help of Jago & Lightfoot are on the case to unmask the vigilante & stop the murders by the justice machine.

This story is humorous but never once played for laughs, The dialogue is witty & superbly executed by the cast.

John Dorney is a exellent writer who's storys always deliver & here he surpasses himself writing a highly enjoyable adventure.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing. 27 May 2013
What an amazing story! It goes without saying that the regulars are all amazing, and for having Jago & Litefoot reunited with the Fourth Doctor, this story would be worth buying. But this 60 minute story is brilliant in EVERY way! I, for, one, would pay good money for the dramatic, Victorian feeling soundtrack. The story isn't at all gimmicky, as could be a concern with a reunion story, it's actually very well written. The author, John Dorney, has all the characters just right, and creates believable and fun characters, that fit perfectly into the world of The Talons of Weng-Chiang. A truly top-notch and well-rounded story that doesn't take itself too seriously, and I look forward to Mr Dorney's future Forth Doctor stories, as he gets our favourite just right-next years The King of Sontar looks great! And I would LOVE more Jago & Litefoot with the Fourth Doctor!
