i bought this book, as I read the reviews on the other main juicing books commenting on how they seemed to be written in simplistic language and plugging other products. also their seemed to be a focus on supplements.
if you follow this diet then you still need to take supplements, which sort of seems to defeat the view of a good diet plan personally, but anyway.
i bought this book not to follow the diet plan specifically but to replace a few meals here and there with juice and keep going with exercising and healthy eating (thus negating the need for supplements).
the few juices i tried were not that great despite being described as 'delicious' and i would sometimes rather eat the fruit, however others were nice, though it does seem like a lot of effort with all the washing up and all, i would rather buy a bottle of juice!
i like the way the book is written and there are loads of recipies, but also requirements for 'green superfood powder' and other things, which when i looked in the health food shop were quite expensive so i havent bothered.
to sum up: i have not followed this diet plan at all really, just tried a few recipes here and there. some are good, others not so good. the format of the book is good and the writing is easy to follow and not too condescending. i think if you were to follow this diet completely you could get quite good results, but you would have to be quite strict just like any other diet. this one is quite nice though!
Good luck! (:
